Hubzilla is an open source decentralized fediverse server so it is only fitting that the community around Hubzilla is also decentralized.
There are three key entities that support Hubzilla: the Hubzilla Project, the Hubzilla Association, and Federated Works. Hubzilla is also an international endeavor, with leaders from Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Texas, and many other countries.
The project itself is a collaborative effort of the community.
The association supports the project by helping maintain the website and documentation, as well as providing support to admins and users.
In addition to the association, another organization creates addons, widgets, and themes that are not part of the core, as well as provide additional support.
In addition to these organizations, there are many others who contribute to Hubzilla in a variety of ways.
