Updated tutorial for developing a derived theme
I've started updating the tutorial on developing a derived theme (along with some core fixes to make that actually work.)
Not sure if this actually needs to be translated, but it's there if anyone wants to :) Any other feedback is also appreciated. I'm planning to expand it further by more lessons as I go through and discover how different things are done.
The current version relies on the changes in
!2217 so it requires the dev branch for now.
